What You Need to Know About Social Networking and More

Social networking is wildly popular with young people. They love the many features available on sites like MySpace and use these to express themselves, keep in touch, and manage friendships. So what exactly is social networking? What are the potential problems? And should parents be concerned?

The Internet Keep Safe Coalition (i-KeepSafe), a prominent internet safety organization, and MySpace, the leading social networking site, have teamed up to take the mystery out of social networking and Web 2.0.

In these short videos, you’ll learn the basics of Web 2.0 and social networking, including how to safely use social networking tools, how to set up and protect a profile, and how to report problems.
