Net Cetera is a comprehensive parents’ guide for internet safety and security created by the Federal Trade Commission’s On Guard Online. It provides the information a mom or dad would need to start conversations about online behaviors and risks with their children. Hard copies can be ordered free of charge. Bulk orders for distribution at PTA meetings, parents’ nights, conferences, and other events can also be placed at no cost.
