A few years ago, despite being pummeled by setbacks at home, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger found time to go to China to educate that country on the importance of copyright. Regarding the problem of piracy, Schwarzenegger trumpeted, “Let’s terminate it.” The issue has grown very large for economic, technological, and political reasons around the world. It has become inescapable.
