Programming & Resources

Programming - Cable presents educational contentA wide variety of cable TV programs, websites, and interactive multimedia is helping to spark imaginations, inspire creativity, and engage learners.  And it’s all free, courtesy of the cable industry!

Each month cable networks air a broad range of educational programs that can grab students’ attention, reach kids with different learning styles, and supplement classroom instruction.  In addition, network websites and support materials provide everything from vocabulary lists to lesson plans to suggested activities.

In addition, cable companies, networks, and associations have created an extensive assortment of initiatives that feature exploring academic subjects, volunteerism, mentoring, community building, contests, awards recognizing excellence, and more.

Whether you are a teacher, parent, caregiver, or learner, cable has something for everyone.
